Sept 7-8 Down the Thames to Limehouse and Paddington



Thursday 7 September Bulls Bridge to Brentford (6 miles, 12 locks) and down the Thames to Limehouse ( 17 miles, 1 lock) (total 23 miles, 13 locks)

 We set off in light mist this lovely morning. passing the working boats loading up, then the old working boat moorings, now filled with houseboats.

We had time to look at the tidal basins while we waited for high tide at Brentford

after a quiet night Liana untied the mooring ropes to head up to Paddington
Next day we headed up the Regents Canal to Paddington Basin to pick up daughter Rachel.
